Games and sports teaches a student to co-operate with another. While playing games like football or cricket, a child learns how to play and work in a team. This aspect develops a sense of team spirit and strong relations with others as well. Sports help children become mentally strong. Games and sports offer a student a change from the monotony of a daily routine. It keeps the stress and anxiety away.
